From 18th January 2010 Turn2us has been running the helpline service on behalf of The Association of Charity Officers (ACO).
Anyone contacting ACO by telephone, letter or online will be referred to Turn2us to receive a free, comprehensive and confidential service. Turn2us assists people to find appropriate grant giving charities (with a database of over 3,500 charitable funds) as well as carry out benefit checks for people, to ensure they are receiving all the welfare benefits and tax credits they are entitled to.
