British Limbless Ex-Service Men's Ass. (BLESMA)

Aims

The objects of the Association shall be to promote the welfare of all those of either sex who have lost a limb or eyes as a result of service in any Branch of Her Majestry's Forces (Hereinafter call "Service Limbless") and to assist needy dependants of such Service Limbless.

People helped

a. Limbless Ex Servicemen and Women (Ordinary Membership). b. Widows of Ordinary Members. c. Civilians who lost a limb through enemy action. d. Members and ex members who have lost their sight or hearing, or the use of a limb whilst serving or as a result of service in the Armed Forces or Auxiliary Forces.
