Aims

To alleviate financial need to enable beneficiaries to stay in their own homes or for fee shortfall over and above statutory benefits and allowances.

People helped

All persons engaged or formally engaged "behind the camera" in production, renting, distribution or exhibition of cinematograph films: production and/or transmission of independent television broadcasts and widows/widowers and dependants of such persons.
