AimsGloucester Law Centre provides free, confidential impartial legal advice to Gloucester residents. We currently cover the areas of Housing, Welfare Benefits and Council Tax, Employment, Immigration, Nationality and Asylum. People helpedWe offer basic, first level advice, as well as specialist advice and representation in courts and tribunals. Advice is offered at drop in sessions and by appoimtment. A number of clients come to us by referral from other organisations. Interpreting in Gujarati, Urdu, Hindi is offered by appointment, and French for our Immigration, Nationality and Asylum advice service. We can usually arrange for interpreters in other languages if needed, and signing for those with hearing impairment. Central to our work is maintaining and developing our community involvement with our users and potential users.
