CSIS Charity Fund (Civil Service Widows & Orphans Fund)

Aims

The relief of hardship and distress including (but not exclusivley) by the provision of financial and other assistance to serving former and retired civil and public servants and their dependants either directly or by making grants to other organisations which can provide financial or other support to them.

People helped

We help a small number of widows directly but most of our suppport is through other charities that help serving former and reitred civil and public servants including privatised bodies that were formerly part of the civil service such as BT and the Post Office.
