The ‘Mind & Money’ survey asks nursing professionals questions about their mental health and how it is effected by the stresses of their job and any money worries they may have.
John Orchard, Chief Executive at Cavell Nurses’ Trust is keen to reach as many nursing professionals as possible with the survey,
“Almost half (49%) of the people we help give poor health as the reason for getting in touch. Of those, a quarter say it’s their mental health that is suffering. We want to better understand the pressures nurses face day to day so we can provide more effective support to those facing a personal crisis or suffering hardship.
“So we’re asking nursing staff to take the Mind & Money survey. It’s 18 questions and takes about 5 minutes to complete and there’s a chance to win £200 of shopping vouchers by entering the competition at the end of the survey.”
Results from the survey will be published in stages with the first findings released before Christmas. More information from the survey will be published early in 2020.
