Job DescriptionThe Care Workers Charity is looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to lead on the charity’s marketing, PR and social media function, fully supported by a team of mentors and board members. You will own the charity’s marketing, PR and social media function, working closely with the CEO and an experienced mentor to plan, develop and implement an effective marketing strategy. Your goal will be to drive traffic to the website, raise the profile of the charity, and drive donations. You will work alongside the engagement team in order to help our supporters best market the rewards of the charity and help with fundraising events. Acting as a startup your role will be pivotal to the growth and success of the charity. The role will allow you to develop your skills and experience in a key decision-making post, for a small charity in an exciting stage of its development.
