Have your say: ACO frontline worker survey now open

ACO has launched a Frontline Worker Survey in partnership with Rightsteps to better understand the experiences of staff working directly with beneficiaries.

The survey focuses on charities that provide direct financial or wellbeing support to individuals. If your organisation fits this profile, you are very welcome to take part whether or not you are currently an ACO member.

These roles sit at the heart of grant giving charities. Through this survey we want to hear about the realities of the work, including what works well and where support is most helpful.

The survey is open to staff and volunteers working directly with beneficiaries and takes around six minutes to complete. Responses are confidential.

We encourage member organisations to share the survey internally so a wide range of experiences can be reflected.

After the survey closes, we will share what we learn in a report in April.

Take the survey here: https://form.typeform.com/to/DdjPJoHL

The survey closes on 24 April at 5pm.

If you have any queries around the survey, please email beth@aco.uk.net.
