The ACO Leaders Roundtable will bring together CEOs and senior leaders from ACO member charities for workshop-focused, peer-led discussions on the strategic challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the sector.

In a challenging environment, with rising demand for services, evolving funding landscapes and growing expectations on charities, senior leaders rarely have the time and space to step back from operational pressures and reflect on the bigger strategic questions facing their organisations.

The ACO Leaders Roundtable is designed to create that space.

This event will bring together charity leaders in an informal and collaborative setting to share perspectives, explore emerging issues and learn from one another’s experience. Through group discussion and peer exchange, the Roundtable will focus on the leadership decisions and strategic challenges charities are navigating today.

Participation will be limited to support open discussion and meaningful peer exchange.
