Earlier this year, ACO and workplace mental health specialists Rightsteps invited staff and volunteers working directly with beneficiaries to share their experiences through a sector-wide survey. We heard from people across charities providing direct financial and wellbeing support to individuals, and we are now ready to share what we learned.
Join us on 9 July for the launch of the Frontline Worker Survey report. Our colleagues at Rightsteps will present the findings, exploring the realities of frontline work including the pressures people face, what helps, and where support makes the biggest difference in practice.
The session will include time for questions and open discussion. We hope it will be a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the findings together and think about what they mean for organisations and the people working within them.
This event is free to attend and open to anyone working in or alongside the charity sector.
