One of the things ACO does best is bring members together. As a membership body, we have the collective buying power to negotiate low-cost, high-quality training that individual organisations might struggle to access on their own.
We have already started putting this into practice and we are now looking at what else we can offer. We are exploring training across a range of areas, from frontline service delivery and staff wellbeing to casework, financial awareness for beneficiaries, data and impact, and broader professional development.
Before we put anything together, we want to hear from you. We have launched a short survey to find out what would be most useful to you and your teams. It takes around five minutes to complete, and your answers will directly shape what we put on.
All sessions will be delivered online.
