People working in the charity sector are facing increasing pressures, including the growing complexity of beneficiary needs, funding uncertainty and wider societal challenges. In this context, supporting staff wellbeing is an important part of sustaining effective services and positive outcomes for beneficiaries.
This session will be led by our partners at BGPS, who have over a decade of experience delivering psychological support to organisations across the third sector. They work with organisations, teams and individuals to support wellbeing, strengthen practice and build resilience over time.
BGPS Founder, Brett Grellier, will provide an overview of the support offered by their team of psychologists, psychotherapists and coaches. This includes direct therapeutic support, mental health workshops, training, reflective practice and consultation.
In addition, Shona Fleming, Chief Executive of ScotsCare, will share reflections on ScotsCare’s work with BGPS supporting clients experiencing mental health challenges and alcohol addiction.
The workshop will include time for questions and discussion on supporting staff wellbeing, strengthening teams and improving outcomes for beneficiaries.
This session forms part of ACO’s wider learning and partnership activity. Find out more about our partners and how to get involved here.
