Salary Benchmarking & Working Patterns Survey
We have launched our first Salary Benchmarking and Working Patterns Survey. We are grateful for the support from David Locke, Director of Finance and Operations, RABI in developing this initiative.The survey aims to offer robust salary benchmarking data for roles specific to charities that offer support to individuals. In addition to this, we aim to capture current and evolving working patterns, such as hybrid working options and employee benefits. As with all research, the richer the data, the better the analysis will be. Therefore, we urge you to consider completing the survey. All those participating will receive a free comprehensive report of all findings. We ask all entries to be completed using the online link below, however there is a Word Document version to familarise yourself with the questions and work through before submitting online if preferred. Prior to the publication of the report, initial findings and headlines will be shared at the upcoming Finance Forum on 16th November, hosted by Charles Stanley, London.
